(Beijing, May 16) -- Big names in the athletic field such as Liu Xiang, Xing Huina and Sun Yingjie are expected to take part in the last Good Luck Beijing event at the National Stadium, or the "Bird's Nest" – the Athletics China Open - slated for May 22-25.

The organizing committee on Wednesday, May 14, announced the final list of athletes that will compete in the event.

As a national athletics trial, the event has attracted attention of several national athletic stars, including Sun Yingjie, former Olympic champion Xing Huina and Olympic men's 110m hurdles champion Liu Xiang.

But well-known international athletes did not show much enthusiasm.
