I. Main transport services:

(I) Airport pickup services for various registered constituent groups (excluding staff and volunteers)

Duration each day: from 2 hours before the arrival of the first group to 1 hour after the arrival of the last group or 1 hour after the departure of the last group.

(II) Transport organization and services for various special activities (for example, the Opening Ceremony and the Closing Ceremony);

(III) Transport services for the athletes to travel between dwelling places and venues during the Games;

(IV) Transport services for media personnel to travel between dwelling places and venues during the Games;

(V) Transport services for the technical officials to travel between dwelling places and venues during the Games;

(VI) Transport services for presidents, secretaries-general and officials of the International Sports Federations as well as members of the Olympic Family during the Games;

(VII) Coordination with public traffic departments to ensure efficient and safe traffic services for audiences, staff and volunteers as well as clear road networks around venues and dwelling places.

II. Transport service standards:

(I) Transport services for presidents, secretaries-general of the International Sports Federations

Provide presidents, secretaries-general of the International Sports Federations with special cars and drivers during the Games.

(II) Transport services for technical officials, executive board members of the International Sports Federations and other officials

During the Games, provide chief referees and technical delegates of the International Sports Federations with special car-pooling services; provide International Technical Officials (ITO) with station wagon services; provide executive board members of the International Sports Federations with car-pooling services; provide other officials with regular bus services.

(III) Transport services for athletes

1. According to the calendar of the Games, provide the delegations from competing countries and territories with regular bus services to travel between dwelling places and venues. Prepare timetables for regular buses for athletes. In case of any change in the schedules for competions, adjust the timetable according to the correct information provided by the Competition Operation Center. Provide the athletes and team officials with vehicle services between dwelling places and training venues according to the schedule for training.

2. If athletes need transport services to watch an event, they must inform the transport personnel of the dwelling place of the name and time of the event to watch via the contact persons designated by the deputy competition manager. This must be done by 22:00 on the day before the event. The transport personnel of the dwelling places should then arrange vehicles for the athletes to watch the competition.

(IV) Transport services for registered media personnel

1. Provide domestic and oversea media personnel with regular bus services.

2. Provide domestic and oversea media personnel with regular bus services to travel between dwelling places and venues according to the competition schedules.

3. The media personnel must apply in advance at the Organising committees of different sports for special permits for their own vehicles. Such vehicles must be parked in designated parking lots before the media personnel report on the events in venues.

(V) Provide constituent groups participating in test events including ICO members and officials, members of Olympic Games Coordination Commissions, presidents or secretaries-general of Olympic Committees of different countries (territories), IPC members and technical delegates, etc. with special cars or car-pooling services.

(VI) Transport services for the audience, staff and volunteers

From 7 days before each event to 3 days after each event, provide staff and volunteers participating in the event with free public traffic services; provide public traffic services for the audience with tickets of the event.

III. The duration of transport services is for 3 days before the event to 1 day after the event.

IV. Reference for the rent of different service vehicles:

Cars: Audi RMB1500/day (not to exceed 150km)

Others RMB600/day (not to exceed 150km)

Medium-size vehicles: RMB1600/day (not to exceed 150km)

Large-size vehicles: RMB2000/day (not to exceed 150km)
